Now, we’re looking for a VIP Senior Relationships Manager to help us deepen and scale relationships with some of the most influential voices in health, wellness, sport, and media.
The Role
This is not a traditional customer success or PR role.
You’ll act as the relationship owner for a portfolio of high-profile individuals — including celebrity doctors, well-known physicians, elite athletes, wellness figures, media personalities, and customers with powerful recovery stories.
You’ll build trust, create meaningful engagement strategies, and ensure every relationship feels deeply personal, thoughtful, and well-managed from first interaction through long-term partnership.
Importantly, this is not a “handoff” role.
Even when PR, science, influencer, or brand teams become involved, you remain the connective thread and trusted point of contact throughout.
There is no existing playbook. You’ll help build it.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-profile individuals and strategic advocates
Acting as the primary owner of VIP communications and engagement
Developing tailored communication strategies depending on audience, timing, and context
Identifying compelling customer and practitioner stories and helping route them internally across PR, science, brand, and influencer teams
Creating systems and CRM processes that provide visibility across all relationship activity
Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining accountability for the overall relationship
Designing and evolving the VIP programme as the function scales
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in relationship management, VIP services, talent relations, partnerships, PR, customer success, or similar high-touch environments
Experience working with high-profile or high-demand individuals
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence and natural relationship-building ability
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
CRM and operationally confident (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
Strong judgement around communication style, timing, and stakeholder management
Deep familiarity with US communication styles and cultural context
Naturally proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
