Product Marketing Lead
Product Marketing Lead
(London, UK)
Join as Triffin’s first Product Marketing hire and define how we communicate a new category of AI finance to the market.
You’ll own positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across our product suite — shaping how Triffin is understood by customers, partners and the broader ecosystem.
This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of product, growth and storytelling, and to build the product marketing function from the ground up.
We’ve recently launched funding, payments and AI-powered cash flow management products, with strong early traction and ~800% growth expected in 2026.
You’ll play a central role in turning that momentum into clear, compelling narratives and scalable growth.
The role
Based in our Shoreditch (London) office.
Our first Product Marketing hire — with full ownership of product positioning, messaging and go-to-market.
Build the systems, processes and foundations for product marketing at Triffin.
High autonomy, high expectations, and significant influence across the business.
What you’ll do
Define and refine Triffin’s positioning, messaging and value proposition across products and audiences.
Own the full lifecycle for new products and features — from concept through to launch and adoption.
Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Work closely with founders, product and growth teams to align on strategy and execution.
Develop a deep understanding of customers, their needs and how they perceive value.
Create high-quality content and collateral that supports sales, partnerships and marketing.
Build feedback loops between customers, GTM teams and product to continuously improve positioning and product direction.
Develop scalable playbooks for launches, messaging and market expansion.
Leverage AI tools and systems to increase speed and quality of output.
What we’re looking for
3–6 years experience in product marketing at a fintech or relevant technology company.
Strong track record of high-quality work — you’ve shipped effective launches, improved messaging, or driven measurable growth.
Exceptional communication skills — especially writing and storytelling.
Structured thinker who can simplify complex ideas into clear narratives.
Deep curiosity about customers, markets and how businesses operate.
High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just output.
Strong taste and judgment — you care about clarity, quality and impact.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
What success looks like
First 3 months: develop a clear understanding of product, customers and market; begin refining core messaging and start telling our story.
6 months: own and execute successful product launches with strong internal alignment and external impact.
12 months: establish a clear, differentiated market narrative and scalable product marketing function.
Why this role?
Define how a new category is understood and communicated.
Work directly with founders and influence both product and go-to-market strategy.
Build a function from scratch with high ownership and visibility.
Develop as a high-impact product marketer in a fast-scaling company.
Benefits
Competitive compensation package
Share options — meaningful ownership in the company
26 days annual leave + bank holidays
Regular team offsites and social events

About Foundation Partners
A People team built for ambitious businesses
The old model for People & Talent doesn’t work for today's businesses. We've built a better one.
Traditionally, early-stage Founders had two options: handle People & Talent themselves, losing precious time they should be spending on product or go-to-market, or hire a generalist, expected to cover everything from culture to recruitment to performance. We offer a more impactful alternative: A fully flexible, fractional People & Talent team with specialist skillsets and hands-on delivery, ready to start driving impact for your business in weeks, not months.
