Brand Activation Ambassador
Are you the person who can’t help talking to strangers? The one who makes a queue laugh, turns a “no thanks” into “go on then”? If so, this could be the role you’ve been rehearsing for!
Are you the person who can’t help talking to strangers? The one who makes a queue laugh, turns a “no thanks” into “go on then”, and leaves people feeling better than when you found them? If you’ve been an actor, a children’s entertainer, a cruise ship host, a street fundraiser, a promoter or the star of the shop floor, this could be the role you’ve been rehearsing for.
Here, London’s office lobbies are your stage. Every day brings a new audience, and your energy and sales skills do the talking.
The opportunity
Our client is a premium health and wellbeing business with clubs across central London and a growing community of over 600 top health practitioners.
Thousands of people working in London’s big offices have private medical insurance through their employer, but many never use it. Our client’s clubs are just round the corner from where they work, and the insurer covers the cost. Most people simply don’t know.
As Brand Activation Ambassador, you’ll be the one who tells them, and makes them glad you did. You’ll be out in the field 4–5 days a week across the City, Canary Wharf and the West End, with time set aside to plan your week.
Your day
Stepping into office lobbies and starting conversations with people you’ve never met, and making them want to stop and listen
Hosting activations once or twice a week, such as lobby stands and quick health checks, plus a monthly wellbeing pop-up with corporate HR teams
Finding out what each person needs, checking their cover properly, and passing them on warmly to the team who’ll look after them
Winning over office managers and HR teams, so you’re always welcomed back
Logging every conversation on a tablet as you go, and trying one new idea a month (a new opener, spot or format) to see what gets the best reaction
How you’ll know you’re nailing it
At least 10 qualified leads a week, stretching to 20
A buzzing daily presence at the offices you look after
A monthly pop-up that people actually talk about
New relationships with HR and office teams every month
You’ll thrive here if you…
Love people and can hold a conversation with anyone, from a receptionist to a CEO
Can hear “no” a hundred times and still give the hundred-and-first person your best
Are utterly reliable. You turn up, you stay out, you deliver, every single day
Are warm and confident without needing a script. No health expertise needed, just curiosity and a willingness to learn
Are organised enough to track every lead on the go, and careful enough to get the details right
Love health, fitness and feeling good (a big bonus)
This probably isn’t for you if…
You’d rather be behind a desk than out meeting people
Hearing “no” all day would wear you down
You’re after something occasional rather than a consistent, every-day role
What’s in it for you
A base salary, plus a bonus for every lead who becomes a client
A brand-new acquisition channel to help build from the ground up, with room to test your own ideas every month
A clear path to lead the next stage if it succeeds, scaling the model with more ambassadors and taking it to new clubs

About Foundation Partners
A People team built for ambitious businesses
The old model for People & Talent doesn’t work for today's businesses. We've built a better one.
Traditionally, early-stage Founders had two options: handle People & Talent themselves, losing precious time they should be spending on product or go-to-market, or hire a generalist, expected to cover everything from culture to recruitment to performance. We offer a more impactful alternative: A fully flexible, fractional People & Talent team with specialist skillsets and hands-on delivery, ready to start driving impact for your business in weeks, not months.
