Workforce Operations Manager
Lead a growing team to make clinician onboarding faster, smoother and fully compliant at a leading UK mental health provider.
Remote (UK), with monthly visits to our client's office on the Wiltshire/Dorset border
We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, so candidates who are available immediately or on a short notice period are especially encouraged to apply.
About the company
Our client is one of the UK’s largest independent mental health providers, known for ADHD and autism assessments for adults and children. They’ve grown rapidly and are building a dedicated function to onboard their nationwide network of self-employed clinicians.
The role
In this newly created role, you’ll lead the team responsible for onboarding clinicians and making sure they meet compliance requirements. You’ll make the process faster and smoother for clinicians while keeping it fully compliant. This is a fast-moving, high-volume environment where priorities shift quickly, and you’ll thrive on that pace.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop a Team Leader and a team of administrators
Manage performance against service levels and KPIs
Use data and dashboards to spot issues and drive improvements
Keep onboarding efficient, scalable and audit-ready
About you
You have proven experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, growing business
You have experience in a regulated environment (healthcare is a plus, but not essential)
You're highly confident with Excel, reporting and dashboards
You're concise and detail-focused. You get to the point and get things done
You don’t need to have run an onboarding or compliance function before. Strong operational leadership in a fast-moving, regulated environment matters most.

About Foundation Partners
A People team built for ambitious businesses
The old model for People & Talent doesn’t work for today's businesses. We've built a better one.
Traditionally, early-stage Founders had two options: handle People & Talent themselves, losing precious time they should be spending on product or go-to-market, or hire a generalist, expected to cover everything from culture to recruitment to performance. We offer a more impactful alternative: A fully flexible, fractional People & Talent team with specialist skillsets and hands-on delivery, ready to start driving impact for your business in weeks, not months.
